This policy explains when and how refunds and cancellations apply to purchases made on interiordecordesigns.in. Last updated: 6 July 2026.
1. Digital products (e-books, calculators & bundles)
Our digital products are delivered instantly by download link. We stand behind their quality:
- 7-day money-back guarantee:if a product doesn't meet your expectations, email us within 7 days of purchase from the email used at checkout, and we will refund the full amount. No lengthy forms.
- Corrupt or inaccessible files: if a downloaded file is damaged or your download link fails, we will re-issue the file or link free of charge, or refund you if we cannot.
- Duplicate payments: if you are charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate amount is refunded automatically once identified, or on request.
Cancellation: because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled once the download has been delivered — the 7-day guarantee above applies instead. If payment succeeded but you never received a download link or email, contact us and we will deliver or refund.
2. Lead purchases (designers & architects)
Lead purchases made with wallet credits follow a replacement policy, not cash refunds: if a purchased lead is invalid (fake or unreachable number, wrong city, no genuine intent, or duplicate), report it from your dashboard within 48 hours. After review, valid claims receive replacement credits equal to the lead price, usable on any other lead. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable but never expire.
3. Memberships
Membership fees cover the current billing month and are non-refundable once the month has begun. You may cancel any time to stop future renewals; included benefits remain available until the end of the paid period.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days (bank processing times may add a few days). You will receive an email confirmation when a refund is initiated.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@interiordecordesigns.in from the email address used at purchase, with your order details. We respond within 1–2 business days.
