These terms govern your use of interiordecordesigns.in (“Interior Decor Designs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, submitting an enquiry, or making a purchase you agree to these terms. Last updated: 6 July 2026.
1. What we are
Interior Decor Designs operates (a) an online store selling digital home-planning products (e-books, calculators and bundles), and (b) a lead-generation and matchmaking service that connects homeowners with independent, verified interior designers and architects. We do not execute design or construction projects and are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a professional.
2. Digital products
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and payable via Razorpay.
- Products are delivered instantly as secure downloads (see our Delivery Policy).
- Purchases include a single-user personal licence: you may use the files for your own projects, but may not resell, redistribute or publicly share them.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a 7-day money-back guarantee.
- Product content is educational guidance, not professional engineering, architectural, legal or financial advice; verify decisions with qualified professionals for your specific site.
3. For homeowners (enquiries)
- Submitting an enquiry is free. Your phone number is verified by OTP, and by submitting you consent to being contacted by matched, verified professionals about your project.
- An enquiry is shared with a limited number of professionals — never more than three.
- We verify professionals' identities (KYC) but do not guarantee their work. Evaluate quotes, portfolios and agreements independently before hiring.
4. For professionals (lead marketplace)
- Access requires an account, KYC verification and acceptance of these terms.
- Leads are sold on a pay-per-lead basis, exclusive (one buyer) or shared (maximum three buyers). Wallet credits (₹1 = 1 credit) are used for purchases; credits are non-transferable and non-refundable but do not expire.
- Invalid leads may be reported within 48 hours and are governed by our replacement policy (details). We charge no commission on your projects.
- Lead contact details are provided solely to pursue the homeowner's enquiry and must be handled in compliance with applicable data-protection law. Reselling or sharing lead data is prohibited and grounds for account termination.
- Memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime for future periods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false enquiries, attempting to access other users' data, scraping, reverse-engineering paid content, or interfering with the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All site content, product files, branding and design are owned by Interior Decor Designs or its licensors and protected by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of professionals or homeowners matched through the platform, or for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
